Position of Research Manager or Senior Research Analyst
The qualifications and experience that we are looking for are as follows:-

1. Degree in Valuation, Economics or Finance.
2. Minimum 3 years experience in Property Market Research.
3. Good analytical skill and good command of English.
4. Possess own transport.

 
Position of Valuation Executive

1. Degree/Diploma in Estate Management or equivalent
2. Familiar with personal computer, Mocrosoft Word, Excel, etc.
3. Good writing and communication skills
4. Willing to travel, have a car

 
Position of Receptionist

1. Minimum SPM with 1 year related working experience
2. Able to speak fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia
3. Knowledge of word processing essential

Valuation Officer

1. Minimum 1 year working experience
2. Familiar with Lotus, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
3. Willing to travel, single, own transport
4. Minimum qualification: Diploma in Estate Management
